MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVE 24/25’

"Mind Matters: Nurture It, Protect It, Thrive."

Introducing Rashmikka Devi as director of Mental Health Initiative 24/25.

As the Mental Health Initiative Director, I am thrilled to embark on a transformative journey this term to promote mental well-being and foster a supportive environment for all. Our focus this term is on inducing mental health awareness and creating engaging activities that bring people together to nurture resilience, reduce stigma, and encourage self-care. Collaboration is at the heart of our mission; we will work closely with community members, mental health professionals, volunteers, and other stakeholders to design programs and events that address diverse needs. From interactive workshops and group mindfulness sessions to creative art therapy and open forums, our activities are tailored to inspire connection and growth. Together, we can build a community where mental health is prioritized, and everyone feels empowered to thrive.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
