Medical marijuana — also called medical cannabis — is a term for derivatives of the Cannabis sativa plant that are used to relieve serious and chronic symptoms. However, in Malaysia, Malaysian legislation provides for a mandatory death penalty for convicted drug traffickers. Till today, marijuana is still illegal in Malaysia. Why?
