College Ambassador Connect Event
7th December 2019 - The college ambassador directors of MMI Young Medics grasped the opportunity to gather a group of aspiring college ambassadors from different colleges for a connect event. This connect event served as a bridge to consolidate the friendship among the college ambassadors and for the directors to be acquainted with their peers. The connect event took place in Moojicha, a bubble tea store in Cheras which was a tranquil environment.
WEBINAR 3.0
April 2020- WEBINAR 3.0 was a platform where Facebook live sessions with specially invited guests were conducted to discuss about the hot issues in the medical field, share experiences as a medical student/houseman/doctor and deliver the real truth of the medical field. WEBINAR 3.0 was scheduled on a weekly basis throughout April 2020 and audience had the chance to interact with the well-prepared speakers in the comment section. The interesting aspect for this year’s WEBINAR 3.0 was MMI Young Medics had proudly collaborated with MMI United Kingdom in bringing 4 special guest speakers studying abroad in UK to the WEBINAR 3.0 live FB session.

Getting into Medical School (GIMS)
27th-31st May 2020 (Phase 1), 21st-22nd June 2020 (Phase 2)- Getting into Medical School (GIMS) was an event aiming for Pre-University students who were applying to medicine courses in either local public/private universities or overseas medical schools (UK/Ireland/Others). GIMS had well-prepared information about medical school, tips on writing personal statement/ CV via online talks, and also a real-time mock Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) using Google Meet. The mock MMI provided participants an opportunity to experience how MMI was carried out, to have them exposed to different scenarios of interview questions, and also to get feedback on their performance in the mock interview.
