COVID-19: How to take care of your mental health in isolation?

Kuala Lumpur, 27 March 2020 - Last Thursday, MMI had officially set up a task force consisting of members from the Executive Council and the respective Branch Council. During this pandemic, we hope to educate the public on areas concerning certain myths, the importance of hand hygiene and to also acknowledge mental health issues that may arise during this Restriction Movement Order which has been extended till the 14th of April 2020.

MMI Mental Health: Wellbeing & Coping During A Crisis Guide is intended to feature some tips and advice for those in need, especially during this time of isolation. This guidebook shall also align alongside our advocacy priority on advocating for a positive mental health and culture.

This is a guide for anyone who may be experiencing some minor distress, anxiety, depression or even a tad bit of boredom. Check the guide out and you shall see tips on self-care, coping and nutrition.
