Young Medics started in 2017
Our annual Making An Informed Decision (MAID) paved the way for a platform of pre-medical students to develop leadership skills, connect with fellow medics, be exposed to the healthcare setting and truly find their passion in medicine. This was how it all began.

Young Medics became a Branch Council in 2023
Following on from the 6th Council’s success in organising Malaysia’s 1st Pre-Medical and Medical Conference, Medicine Beyond BorderS (MBBS) 2023, in collaboration with all fellow major national student-led organisations in the nation, we were granted Branch Council as a symbol of our excellence, growth, and commitment to serving pre-medical students all over Malaysia.
