Social distancing can be a real drain on your physical and mental health. Your gym is still closed, you can't meet up with your workout buddies any more, plus you have all the motivation to snack - but none of the motivation to exercise?!?!
MMI Australia's Mental Health Initiative presents our online workout session. This is as an opportunity for social connection, plus that extra motivational push to de-stress by getting your sweat on.
Our workout for this session - strengthening yoga! More information on the logistics of the session will be released closer to the date. As per usual - everyone (Malaysian or not, Med student or not) is welcome!
