Mental health awareness has widely spread across social media and news nowadays. But do we really understand what being mentally ill means? 💭
Is it just merely a negative emotion that pops out occasionally and you can just get pass it by ignoring it? Or is it like drowning in a sea of grief with no specific reason? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♀️
In conjunction of the closing of our Healing the Healer campaign, let us listen to the deepest voices of medical students and doctors who have lived with mental illnesses. Let us remember to be kind and respectful to everyone around us, including ourselves! 🧡
